I’m an Integrative councillor and therapist based in West London. I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading training institutions, where I am currently working towards my Masters in Psychotherapy. I describe my approach as integrative and relational, which means I use concepts and ideas from a wide range of therapeutic traditions to shine a light on my clients’ issues, with a particular emphasis on how people build up habitual patterns of relating throughout their life and how these play out during the counselling process.
Before I started my counselling career, my original training was in the biological sciences and I then worked for many years in the arts and creative industries, reflecting my interests in creativity and the imagination. I currently have a private counselling practice in West London and work for a charity providing counselling as part of the NHS’s Back on Track (IAPT) service.
I have an interest in and am currently involved in research into issues around sexuality, sex and sexual identity and have experience working with clients with a wide range of erotic interests, behaviours and identities, including fetish, BDSM and kink practises.
